Guests will have full access to the main home, including both bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, living spaces, and private hot tub. The property also includes a separate walk-out basement suite (Bella Luna), which may be occupied by other guests during your stay. Each space has its own private entrance, and there are no shared indoor areas. You may occasionally see other guests coming and going, but your space and amenities remain fully private.

The 4 person Intex Portable Hot Tub Spa with 100 Bubble Jets is nestled inside a private gazebo in the backyard and available all season. CANCELLATIONS We do not offer refunds for cancelations outside of what our cancellation policy states. MOWING Mowing crews mow weekly during spring and summer season. They set their own schedule. Please be advised that they may be on your property for a quick mow during your stay. Note: Tulsa is notorious for spring ants and wasps. Though we spray regularly, it is not uncommon to see a few in or near your Airbnb. This is not related to cleanliness but climate/environment.

You’re welcome to park in the street in front of the house or in the driveway. Please note that the driveway narrows; we ask that guests not pull past the corner of the house when parking in the driveway.
