We are within a healthy walk to downtown; or you can drive there in about 5 minutes. We are also close to the inter-dispersal loop which gives you quick access to anywhere in the city. LOCATION The guesthouse is located behind the main house, in the backyard. DOOR The front door of the guesthouse is the private entrance to the Carriage Loft (your unit). ARRIVAL NOTE Access the guesthouse by walking down the driveway on the south side of the main house into the backyard. This is a two-unit property, but each unit is fully private with its own entrance. The lower unit has a separate entrance, and there are no shared interior spaces.

The Carriage Loft studio is located on the 2nd floor of the original guesthouse. The Loft features a private entrance leading to a comfortable and thoughtfully arranged suite, including a king bed and single bed, a full bath, and a cozy sitting area with a Smart TV—ideal for relaxing after a day exploring downtown. Fresh linens, towels, and soaps are provided to ensure a comfortable and elevated stay. The suite also includes a mini fridge and microwave, perfect for light meals, snacks, or leftovers from nearby restaurants. Begin your mornings with complimentary coffee or take a short stroll to a local coffee shop just one block away. Located just minutes from Cain’s Ballroom, the BOK Center, and The Gathering Place, this carriage house provides easy access to downtown attractions while offering a calm, private place to return to at the end of the day.

KEYLESS ENTRY Your private entrance has a keyless entry, code provided 24hrs before check in. CANCELLATIONS Cancellations are subject to our policy—please refer to the cancellation terms when booking. MOWING During spring and summer, crews mow weekly on their own schedule. If they pass through, it’s just a quick routine mow. SPECIAL NOTE: Tulsa’s climate brings occasional ants or wasps in spring. We spray regularly, but a few may appear—this is just nature at work!

Once you've parked, gather your belongings and head to the backyard by walking down the driveway on the south side of the main house. *Please Note: We have Chickens in the backyard - they’re quiet and friendly and sometimes like to great our guests.
