We are within a healthy walk to downtown; or you can drive there in about 5 minutes. We are also close to the inter-dispersal loop which gives you quick access to anywhere in the city. As with many historic properties, sound can occasionally carry. We kindly ask guests to be mindful of noise, particularly in the evenings.

CANCELLATIONS Cancellations are subject to our policy—please refer to the cancellation terms when booking. MOWING During spring and summer, crews mow weekly on their own schedule. If they pass through, it’s just a quick routine mow. SPECIAL NOTE: Tulsa’s climate brings occasional ants or wasps in spring. We spray regularly, but a few may appear—this is just nature at work!

Genyce was a wonderful host! Her place was cute, cozy, and exceptionally clean. We had a great experience and would absolutely stay again. The bed was one of the most comfortable we’ve ever slept on, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Genyce was incredibly responsive, attentive, and accommodating throughout our visit. We also loved meeting her dog, Friday, who was so sweet and adorable! Overall, we had a fantastic stay and highly recommend Genyce as a host.

Henry and I really enjoyed our stay at the Carriage House. Genyce was so accommodating and respectful of our privacy. The place was very clean when we arrived. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. We enjoyed sitting out on the patio in the evening. The neighborhood was lovely and walkable with a coffee shop around the corner. We just loved being greeted by Friday, the friendly Golden Retriever. I highly recommend staying here!

We always check for this listing when visiting Tulsa. It is close to downtown to easily get to events and restaurants, yet it is in a quiet neighborhood that is peaceful to relax.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. We needed a place to land as we were passing through Tulsa, and the carriage house far exceeded our expectations, and it was so much cozier than staying in a hotel. The bed was one of the most comfortable we have slept on. My husband came home, wanting a new mattress. The pretty garden area outside in the morning light was a great bonus. Everything was clean and found as communicated.

What a jewel of an air bnb! The room is spotless and cozy, and the bed is incredibly comfortable. Fantastic location, charming surroundings, and a very kind host. Oh! And the coffee was excellent!

Park your vehicle on the east side of the street in front of the main house. Once you've parked, gather your belongings and head to the backyard by walking down the driveway on the south side of the main house. *Please Note: We have Chickens in the backyard - they’re quiet and friendly and sometimes like to great our guests.
